PROTECT A LITTLE SPACE

A gap is an invitation.

Choose your working days and hours. Add margins around meetings. Reserve Time finds a block, lets you review it and checks your selected calendars again before saving.

Availability reflects your selected calendars, not other people’s schedules. macOS handles account synchronization.

MAKE IT YOURS

A thoughtful first setup.

Use an Apple Silicon Mac with iCloud already configured in Calendar. Add the actions you need, then choose your calendars explicitly.

  1. Add your controls

Open your Calendar Control installer in Stream Deck, then drag an action onto a key or supported dial.

  2. Connect your calendars

Choose “Connect & load calendars” and allow full Calendar access. Opening Calendar dates asks for Automation permission separately.

  3. Set your rhythm

Select calendars, choose a creation destination and adjust working hours. Settings save automatically.

A few useful details.

Where does my calendar data go?

The plugin keeps calendar snapshots on your Mac, in memory. There is no telemetry or direct remote calendar service. macOS syncs your iCloud account. Opening a meeting link uses your browser or meeting app. Templates are stored in Stream Deck settings.

Can I keep event titles off the keys?

Yes. Enable “Hide event titles on keys” for an action. It also applies to its touch strip. Native details and settings still show the content you need.

How do creation and recurring events work?

The native form supports event details, a reminder and recurrence. Direct templates create immediately on a deliberate press. Reservations always show a review form. Edit existing events in Calendar; the plugin does not manage attendees or create meeting rooms.

What if a save times out?

Creation stays blocked until you check Calendar for the event. Then use “I checked Calendar” in the inspector. This avoids blindly repeating a save whose result is unknown.

Which languages and controls are supported?

English and Spanish follow Stream Deck’s application language. Agenda and Reserve Time support keys, dials and touch strips; the other actions use keys. Choose light or dark key artwork for each action.
